Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: April 23, 2026

UltisAI is built for legitimate healthcare practices to answer inbound patient calls, capture intake, and book appointments. To protect callers, patients, and the telephony ecosystem we run on, you agree not to use the Service to:

Outbound abuse

  • Place outbound cold calls, robocalls, or bulk SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Violate the TCPA (US), CAN-SPAM, Do Not Call lists, or equivalent laws in your jurisdiction.
  • Send SMS without the recipient's explicit prior consent.

Identity

  • Impersonate another business, government agency, or individual.
  • Configure the AI to claim it is a human when directly asked.
  • Register phone numbers or addresses you do not legitimately control.

Harmful content

  • Harass, threaten, or defraud callers.
  • Transmit content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or promoting violence.
  • Use the Service in industries prohibited by our telephony carriers (including adult content, gambling solicitation, and crypto promotion in regulated markets).

Security

  • Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the Service, its subprocessors, or other customers' tenants.
  • Reverse-engineer the AI models or extract training data.
  • Share account credentials or bypass plan limits programmatically.

Enforcement

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund. We cooperate with law enforcement where legally required.

If you received a call you believe was sent via UltisAI in breach of this policy, email ericlu@ultisai.com with the caller ID and timestamp.
