Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of UltisAI (the “Service”), provided by UltisAI Ltd (“we”, “our”). By signing up or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
UltisAI provides an AI phone receptionist: we answer inbound patient calls on behalf of your healthcare practice, capture intake information, and forward bookings to your calendar. Uptime target is 99.5%.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. One account per business.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use UltisAI to: place outbound marketing calls, harass individuals, violate TCPA/Do-Not-Call rules, impersonate other businesses, or transmit unlawful content. Full rules in our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Fees and billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
6. Data
You own your customer data. We process it on your behalf per our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
7. Third-party services
The Service depends on Retell AI, Twilio, and other subprocessors. We're not liable for outages originating in those platforms.
8. Termination
Either party may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend accounts that breach the Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee that the AI will never make mistakes. You should monitor calls and flag errors via the dashboard.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Auckland, NZ.
